RECORDING YOUR CPD

The shpacpd recording tool (members only) has been designed to help pharmacists chart their professional development. The system is flexible so that members can record their learning goals, document a range of learning activities and view their current CPD record (including their total CPD hours and credits) at any time.

The current CPD record can include both accredited and non-accredited activities and has been designed to meet Pharmacy Board Australia requirements for CPD documentation.

The recording pages are restricted to SHPA members and require you to log in.  Please use the member login and select the desired page.

Recording an activity only takes a few minutes.  To record your CPD online, select the following pages from the links below or under Recording CPD in LH menu:

Record a CPD activity 

Use this page to record each individual CPD activity.  Entering data in every field will give you a complete record that will meet auditing requirements.  When you press the save button, the activity will automatically be filed based on the date completed.  The number of CPD credits will be calculated automatically. 

If you want to print the record of the activity, choose the Print this page option.

Your current CPD record 

You can view your current CPD record at any time.  Activities are sorted by group as Group 1, 2 or 3 activities in order of the date completed.  Total CPD hours and credits are automatically calculated.

Record learning goals 

You can record a number of learning goals including your plan for achieving each learning goal.   Learning goals can be updated at any time as you progress your professional development.

Your CPD learning goals 

You can view a summary of your learning goals (planned, started and completed) at any time.
