CPD events that are accredited by SHPA may display the SHPA CPD logo and the following words: 

SHPA Branches and others are encouraged to apply for accreditation for all CPD events.  These may include conferences, seminars, lecture series and Branch CPD meetings, seminars run by individuals or groups, or other educational activities to support CPD.

To obtain SHPA accreditation for your educational event, download and complete an Application for Accreditation of CPD Activities. Return the completed form by email to SHPA or by mail or fax to the Federal Secretariat. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks to receive a reply.

This application form elicits information to allow SHPA to determine whether an activity is suitable to be accredited by SHPA as being appropriate for consideration for an individual pharmacist's CPD plan in accord with the goals of the SHPA CPD program.
