SHPA'S CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

We acknowledge the generous support of our Education Partners

SHPA has long advocated for the participation of pharmacists in lifelong learning and is committed to delivering services that enhance the skill and competency of its members.

shpacpd is designed to meet pharmacy board requirements for registration renewal under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme that commences on 1 July 2010.  It will also assist those on extended periods of leave or working in other unrelated professions, by facilitating access to CPD when it suits their living and working circumstances.

Using SHPA services and the CPD framework will allow pharmacists to remain current, informed and connected to the profession.

The new CPD year starts 1 October 2011 and ends 30 September 2012.  This year you will need 30 CPD credits, up to 50% of which may be Group 1 CPD,  to satisfy the Pharmacy Board of Australia's CPD standard.
